All competitions hosted on Clashers Arena are skill-based and require player participation, strategy, and performance. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Clashers Arena does not guarantee competitive outcomes, rankings, match results, or prize eligibility.
2. No Affiliation Disclaimer
Clashers Arena is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Clash Royale or Supercell. Clash Royale and Supercell are trademarks of Supercell Oy.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
Clashers Arena reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, community rules, or applicable laws, with or without prior notice.
4. User Content
By submitting content to the platform (including forum posts, messages, images, or other materials), you confirm that you own the content or have the legal right to share it.
Clashers Arena may moderate, edit, or remove content that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, misleading, or in violation of community standards or applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or impersonation
- Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or system abuse
- Uploading malicious software or harmful files
- Spam, fraud, cheating, or illegal activity
- Attempts to manipulate league results, match reporting, or verification systems
6. Platform Availability & Changes
The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Clashers Arena does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
Features, rules, tournaments, leagues, or services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clashers Arena is not responsible for lost data, incorrect statistics, match outcomes, league standings, scheduling issues, user disputes, or reliance on third-party services, APIs, or integrations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clashers Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
8. Fees, Entry Costs, and Digital Services
Clashers Arena may offer optional paid features, league or tournament entry fees, and other digital services to support platform operations, development, moderation, and competition administration.
All payments are made in exchange for digital services provided by Clashers Arena, including but not limited to competition organization, scheduling tools, match tracking and verification systems, moderation, and community platform features.
Clashers Arena does not sell in-game items, virtual currency, player accounts, or gameplay advantages for Clash Royale.
Any prizes, rewards, or incentives offered through competitions are awarded based on player performance and published rules and are not games of chance, betting, or wagering.
Refund Policy:
- A league or tournament is canceled prior to commencement
- A participant is unable to be matched or scheduled
- A technical or administrative error prevents participation
Once a competition has begun and digital services have been delivered, entry fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
9. Payments, Wallets & Disputes
Payments on Clashers Arena are processed through third-party payment providers such as Square, which may support credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets including Apple Pay.
Clashers Arena does not store full payment card details on its servers. Transaction records such as payment IDs may be retained for accounting, refund processing, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
Payment disputes, refund requests, or participation issues should be submitted through the platform’s support system. Clashers Arena will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in accordance with published rules and policies.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
